At a recent coffee, I had the opportunity to meet and talk with Drew Magliozzi, candidate for School Committee. I was impressed.

Drew founded and ran a tutoring company for 10 years and served on the non-profit board of Cambridge School Volunteers before moving to Concord. For the last 10 years, he led Mainstay, an ed tech company that helps colleges deliver AI-enhanced coaching to close achievement gaps for underserved students. He cares about teaching and learning, access to education, and the appropriate use of technology.

His dedication to our schools is apparent. As important, he is committed to listening to the community, working collaboratively with his colleagues, and establishing measurable system milestones. He will bring his executive experience, a fresh perspective, an open mind — and a sense of humor — to bear on the challenges facing the Concord Public Schools.

Please join me in supporting Drew Magliozzi for School Committee on March 31.
